Learn Mandarin and Chinese culture recommendation – A bite of China (with English subtitles)
Posted by Grace Feng on June 22, 2012
A new documentary TV series “A Bite of China” has become a night time hit across China. The main topic of the documentary tells stories about food from the perspectives of how people pick them, process them and cook them. It was more of vivid featured stories other than educational annotations. The stories being told are authentic and engaging. I’d recommend it to all my readers if you haven’t watched it yet. It is good for Learn Mandarin listening practice and is also a good channel for you to know more about Chinese culture.
There are total of 7 episodes in this series. But I can only find the first three on youtube that has English subtitles. You can view them here. If you can find the other 4 episodes with English subtitles, please let me know, thanks…
