新结婚时代 xīn jiéhūn shídài (New Era of Marriage)” is a Chinese TV episode based on the book of the same name by a famous women writer “王海鸰 wáng hǎi líng“. It talks about how big impact the difference between two marriage families could do to the marrying couple in today’s China. The difference is defined between a family from the country side and a family from the country side and a family from the big city.

小航 xiǎo háng brought 建国’s jiànguó Dad and brother 建成 jiànchéng to the construction site to check the new job. 建国’s jiànguó Dad found out it’s a heavy labour job. He asked 小航 xiǎo háng whether he could find a better job for his son. 小航 xiǎo háng admitted it’s not easy. 建成 jiànchéng however was understanding and said he could do the job. 小西 xiǎo xī helped his Dad to publish his book. 建国’s jiànguó Dad forgot to bring key with him while sending quilt to his elder son in the construction site. He got locked out and had to sit outside of the door. At that time, 建成 jiànchéng came back from his business trip and was very mad and blamed 小西 xiǎo xī over the phone for not taking care of his family.
